1. How long does it take to ship my order?
All orders are processed within 5 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking info via email. Most items are delivered within 5–14 business days, but please allow up to 30 days for delivery.
2. Do you offer refunds?
We only offer refunds for defective items. If your product is damaged or faulty, email us at info@agedwell.org within 14 days of receiving it, and we’ll make it right.
3. Can I return a product if I change my mind?
Unfortunately, we don’t accept returns unless the product is defective. We recommend reviewing the product description carefully before purchasing or reaching out with any questions beforehand.
4. Do I need tools to install your products?
Most of our products — including our floor-to-ceiling transfer poles and grab bars — are designed for tool-free installation. They’re safe, secure, and easy to set up.
5. What weight do your support poles hold?
Our SafeGrip™ transfer poles can support up to 300 lbs when properly installed. Always follow the included instructions for safe setup.
6. Are your products safe for seniors living alone?
Yes! All of our mobility aids and home safety tools are chosen with independence and ease-of-use in mind. They’re ideal for seniors aging in place, recovering from surgery, or needing extra support.
7. Do you ship outside the U.S.?
At this time, we only ship within the continental United States.
